Design Consultation

There are an infinite number of finishes available. Lisa will help find the one that fits her client's personality, lifestyle and home design. Faux finishes range from subtle finishes with understated elegance that act as artful frames that surround and enhance the look of a client's home and furnishings to finishes that have a high visual impact and act as the "art" or focal point in a room. In the initial consultation, Lisa will:

• Get a sense of her client's style through their home's or office's architecture, furnishings, art and lighting exposures.
• Share her expansive portfolio which ranges from contemporary to old world finishes, from subtle to dramatic, from a one-color finish to the more complex multi-layer applications.
• Review color palettes to determine tones that will complement her client's home and personality.
• Propose where finishes can be applied and suggest finishes that will insure the client's home or office has a sense of continuity and unity.

After the initial consultation meeting with Lisa, she can upon request, create large sample boards (2 x 3 feet) to ensure she has captured the tone and emotion you are seeking for your home or office. The large sample allows the client to better visualize and understand exactly what their walls will look like prior to the start of the job.

As an artist, she will often adapt one of her existing faux finish designs or create one that will be uniquely yours. Once you have selected the finish or finishes best suit your space, Lisa can provide an quote estimatefor the project. She will be happy to provide photos of her work and references.
